Kilkenny CBS secondary school has announced that the new school proposed for the Granges Road, Kilkenny has gone to the design stage. "We appreciate the great support we have received to secure excellent educational provision in Kilkenny well into the future. Things are moving apace now," principal, Tom Clarke said.
The school purchased a 5.2 acre site on the outskirts of the city in 2017.
It plans to build the new school there on what is known as ‘Pembroke's land’.
