Deputy John McGuinness has claimed that the vacuum created by Fianna Fail and the other political parties has led to an unsatisfactory presidential election count centre in Kilkenny this afternoon.
"We are in the job of representing people and contesting elections. Fianna Fail should have run a candidate," he said at the presidential count centre.
