Kilkenny woman, Mary Phelan, who passed away earlier this year campaigning for information on her missing sister, Jo Jo Dullard
After 23 years it's time that the gardai conducted a fresh investigation and search for missing Callan woman Jo Jo Dullard who went missing on this day in 1995.
So says Fianna Fail TD, John McGuinness who wants officers to retrace her steps and to go through every scintilla of evidence in an effort to bring closure to the family of the 21 year old who have never forgotten by her loved ones or by thousands of supporters in Kilkenny city and county.
Deputy McGuinness, a close family friend, has called on the Irish Government to research areas of lands close to where she went missing and other locations in a bid to put an end to the misery of the Dullard family who suffered further heartbreak earlier this year with the death of Jo Jo's oldest sister, Mrs Mary Phelan who campaigned tirelessly to have a specific section of land searched for Jo Jo's remains.
