Kilkenny County Council has granted planning permission for 44 houses at Cloghabrody, Thomastown. Kevin Moore (Building Contractor) plans to construct 44 two storey houses there with a new vehicular and pedestrian entrance off the R448 Dublin Road. Permission has also been granted for a temporary construction phase site entrance off the R700 Kilkenny Road and all associated landscaping and site works.
