Santa Claus wants to meet Kilkenny pets!

MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre and Nore Valley Park have teamed up to give Kilkenny pet owners the chance for their furry friends to meet Santa Claus!

The grotto, based in Work House Square in the MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre, will open for a special charity session where customers can bring in their pets for this special experience.

Donna Byrne, Marketing Manager at MacDonagh Junction said "We are delighted to offer customers this unique opportunity to bring their pets to visit Santa in his grotto. From dogs to iguanas, we want to meet them all!" 

The event will take place on Tuesday 11th December between 5pm-7pm. Admission is €5 with all proceeds going to the Samaritans.

Nore Valley Farm have created a full magical Christmas Experience in the Shopping Centre this year. They have a Christtmas festival including Santa Post Office, cookie decorating with Mrs Claus, a magical forest trail and real animals in the crib. Nore Valley are also offering a walk-up Santa Experience with no booking required. Starting on December 1 and running every Thursday to Sunday it will include a visit and gift and a visit to the live animals. Free photos will be available via their Facebook pages.
