Gardaí in Thomastown are investigating an attempted break in at the local soccer club.
The alarm at Thomastown United Soccer Club was activated at 2.15pm and gardaí were alerted and discovered that the lock of the front door was damaged.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious is asked to contact Thomastown gardaí on 056 7754150.
