Illegal dumping all over Kilkenny city has become a major problem.
This morning, several bags of rubbish were left at the Canal Walk (at the bottom of Maudlin Street).
At the same time loads of rubbish was left at the bottle bank on the Fair Green.
The scene has been replicated at several other sites throughout the city.
