Sun splashed Easter weekend in Kilkenny

Under a bonnt with a difference at the Easter bonnet fair in Kells on Easter Sunday

With temperatures hitting almost 21c on Saturday, Kilkenny enjoyed a glorious Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

The county has been basking in glorious sunshine all weekend and despite earlier predictions, Bank Holiday Monday is also looking like being another nice day with mid morning temperatures at 16c.

The expected change in the weather is to come  overnight with westerly winds bringing in rainy periods but for now, its time to enjoy the sunshine and soak it all up  while it lasts.
