The HSA is investigating a workplace fatality in Kilkenny
An inspector with the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has attended the scene of a workplace fatality in Kilkenny city.
A man in his 50s was seriously injured in the incident on Monday and passed away from his injuries after being transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
