One place available for budding Picassos on this Sunday's Art Start: Children's Programme at Butler Gallery Kilkenny

Art Start at Butler Gallery is a workshop that takes place for 5-12 year olds on the third Sunday of every month. There is one place available on this Sunday's Art Start: Children's Programme in the 5-7 year old group. (11.30am - 1pm)

Facilitated by professional artists, children are encouraged to express their opinions, learn about art and use a variety of interesting and exciting materials to create their own art works.

The workshop begins with a visit to Butler Gallery's collection galleries to look at artworks in the collection, before returning to the Learning Centre to make artworks in response.

 The fee is €5 per child

Ages 5 -7: 11.30am - 1pm

Ages 8 -12: 2.30pm - 4pm
