Kilkenny Builders Providers recruiting Office administrator

Kilkenny Builders Providers are seeking to  fill a  Full Time – Permanent vacancy for an Office Administrator.
They require someone to work in a busy office environment.

The ideal candidate should have some
retail experience, be computer literate; be efficient with a keen eye for detail and be willing to
learn. They should be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Experience of
Intact V-line software or similar point of sale; stock control system is preferable but not essential as
training will be provided.
Keeping track of purchase orders; deliveries
Updating stock (stock control)
Monthly customer invoicing
General office duties
Immediate start for the successful candidate
