A decision is due later this week from Kilkenny County Council on plans submitted by Jysk to develop a retail unit in Kilkenny city.
Jysk applied to develop Unit 4 of Kilkenny Retail and Business Park at Springhill in November of last year.
The submitted plans seek to alter the existing retail unit to include the construction of a new first floor mezzanine retail space.
Also planned are internal alterations including the provision of storage/stock room, internal lift, circulation and escape stairs.
A decision is due by this Thursday, January 19, 2023.
