Ormonde Road in Kilkenny City will be closed from its junction with Patrick Street to its junction with New Street for a period of time later today (Wed) and tomorrow (Thurs).
Due to essential road resurfacing works, the road will be closed from 5.30pm to 2.30am on both days.
Local diversions shall be in operation and signposted.
In so far as practical whilst roadworks are in progress local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
This work is weather dependent so may be cancelled if weather conditions are not considered to be favourable.
