The Castle Road in Kilkenny City was one of the many areas impacted by flash flooding earlier today.
The above video, captured by Ann Murtagh, gives an idea of just how much water fell in such a short time.
According to Niall Dollard of Kilkenny Weather, it was approximately 36.5mm.
"That's on top of the 60.5mm on Fri/Sat," he said. "Almost 100mm since Fri evening."
