The sale of 22 homes on Nuncio Road to housing body, 'Respond' is reportedly on the verge of completion and is expected to go through in the next week.
It's understood works have already begun on the flooring for block 1, which comprises of eleven units, meaning these homes could be available for tenanting by the end of April.
Works on block two, consisting of another eleven units, are also set to take place and are projected to be ready for tenants in May.
Local Fianna Fáil representative, Cllr John Coonan has welcomed the progress.
