ALERT: Kilkenny City traffic to face disruption due to construction

The works are scheduled to take place in the coming days in Kilkenny City
A Stop and Go traffic management system will be in operation on the R695 Waterbarracks Lane Roundabout in Kilkenny City later this week.
Works will be carried out from 10am on Friday, October 30, to 6am on Monday, November 2.
Appropriate signage will be erected on site, delays can be expected and motorists are advised to use alternative routes where possible.
Meanwhile, works are being carried out on the R887 John Street Lower, from Maudlin Street to John’s Quay. Construction takes place until the morning of Friday, October 30 between the hours of 10pm to 6am.
Diversions will be in place, and local access will be facilitated as far as practicable.
