Kilkenny man accused of assault causing harm

A man accused of assault causing harm had his case adjourned at a recent sitting of Kilkenny District Court.

Declan Foley, 4 Laurel Grove, Loughboy is accused of the offence which is alleged to have taken place at his home address on June 4.

Sergeant Morgan O’Connor told the court that DPP’s directions were outstanding and the matters were adjourned to August 4 for DPP’s directions.
