According to the latest tallies 76% of voters in Stoneyford have voted Yes with 24% of voters saying No.
Mainly rural boxes in Kilkenny have been opened with the tallies recording a 60% Yes vote.
Kilkenny City boxes are now been tallied.
Boxes from Freshford, Clogh and Tullaroan all voted Yes according to the tallies.
