Kilkenny's Yulefest has been tipped as one of the 'must-visit' Christmas markets in Ireland for 2018 by Skyscanner.ie. Praised for its variety and community feel, Skyscanner has rated Kilkenny amongst Ireland's top Christmas market destinations.
Yulefest in Kilkenny City is described as "a family focused experience" where "connectivity within the community is a major theme". They commended the huge range of attractions at Yulefest, including a Santa Run and a Christmas themed gardens at Butler House, a Christmas tree festival at St Canice’s Cathedral, an antique carousel and ice-skating for those who fancy warming up before hitting the markets.
They also praised the markets for the vast selection of music, workshops, local crafts and of course lots of food and hot beverages.
Skyscanner also commented that the highlights of Yulefest are that it is family friendly and easy going.
