Kilkenny's only Fine Gael TD, John Paul Phelan is supporting Minister for Social Protection, Leo Varadkar, in the race to become the next leader of Fine Gael.
Deputy John Paul Phelan said that Minister Varadkar is the person best placed, within the party, to lead Fine Gael and the country in the coming years and will appeal to a broad section of the community.
