Large crowds on the sniff for accommodation in Kilkenny

A large crowd is expected to descend on Thomastown, Co Kilkenny for the Irish National Sheepdog Trials later this month.

The event is scheduled to take place from August 24-26 and homeowners are asked to consider renting a room to visitors due to accommodation shortages.
