Outgoing Fianna Fáil councillor, Matt Doran
Outgoing representative with Kilkenny County County, Cllr Matt Doran said 'never say never' when asked if he could stand in a future Local or Bye-Election.

The outgoing councillor who served in the Callan-Thomastown Municipal District admitted it was an 'emotional' decision and that he has changed his mind more than once over the past number of months since revealing the news.
