Planning permission refused for housing development in Kilkenny
Hendoy Construction Ltd have been refused planning permission to construct 12 new dwellings at Kilmaganny, County Kilkenny.
The dwellings proposed were four two-storey two-bed terraced dwellings, four two-storey three-bed semi-detached dwellings and four two-storey three-bed detached dwellings.
Also sought was a new common entrance onto the public road, central common green amenity area, parking spaces and all associated works.
The decision was made on August 23, 2023.
