An emergency road closure has been announced.
Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that there will be an emergency road closure on the L1016 at Burnchurch from its junction with L1015 to its junction with L5040 tomorrow (Thursday).
The closure will be in place from 9am to 4.30pm to facilitate emergency road repairs.
Local diversions shall be in operation and signposted.
In so far as is practical, local access will be facilitated but is likely to be subject to delays.
Please note these works are weather dependent.
