Retention permission is being sought for 'a change of use' at Unit 1, Dore’s Factory, Abbey Street, Kilkenny.
The applicant is seeking retention permission for 'a change of use from a meat processing plant to a catering takeaway and sit-down restaurant'.
The applicant is also seeking retention permission for external signage and all associated site works.

The application is awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.
Subject to validation, a decision will be expected by March 20, 2025.
