Kilkenny gardaí issue serious threat to 'culprits' who 'don’t cease these actions'

Kilkenny gardaí are understood to be monitoring local drivers' behaviour very closely following a spate of drivers parking on footpaths in Castlecomer.

"It’s impacting people in wheelchairs that can’t get to their intended destinations," local councillor in the area, Maurice Shortall commented.

"Local gardaí are monitoring it closely and fines will be issued accordingly if the culprits don’t cease these actions.

"We have to be mindful of everyone when parking vehicles," he continued.
