Gardaí in Kilkenny have shared details of a recent encounter with a motorist who made a series of 'bad decisions'.
"A learner driving unaccompanied. Not stopping after a collision. Being slow to stop for gardaí," a garda spokesperson listed.
"All of these gave us no choice when making our decision.
