The Roads Policing Unit of An Garda Síochana in Kilkenny pulled over a driver on the Carlow Road near Clara for a myriad of offences.
Posting to social media, a garda spokesperson said: "A school report for this car seized by our RPU this evening. No tax, No NCT. Driver was a learner permit holder and unaccompanied," they said.

"No L plates displayed. Non conforming number plates. Car lowered to within two inches of the ground.
"Insurance check will be conducted to check if modifications have been disclosed to the insurance company," the post added.
