LATEST: Kilkenny's night-time economy takes another major step forward

After a successful first edition of Café Lates in April, the six participating cafes will be once again hosting different events across the city on Thursday, May 29 from 6pm.

The Kilkenny City night-time economy is a pilot program aimed at strengthening and invigorating the city's evening and night-time economic presence in a collaborative effort between Kilkenny County Council and relevant stakeholders.

"Make sure and take the opportunity to visit your local café and support the local artists, musicians and creatives on the evening," a council spokesperson said.

Those attending are asked to contact the cafes directly where bookings/tickets are required.
