Plans for 22 apartment units in former care home in South Kilkenny
Plans have been lodged to Kilkenny County Council seeking 'change of use' permission at a former residential care home facility on Rockshire Road, Ferrybank, County Kilkenny.
RCC Care Ltd are applying to change the use of the facility from a residential care home facility to 22 apartment units, comprising of four two-bed units and 18 one-bed units.

Permission is also being sought for modifications to existing facades, as well as all ancillary site works.

The planning application is awaiting validation from Kilkenny County Council.
Subject to validation, a decision will be expected by July 31, 2025.
