LATEST: Planning application lodged for St Patrick's Centre in Kilkenny

Beauscandle Limited have lodged a planning application to Kilkenny County Council to develop infrastructure at St Patrick's Centre, Kells Road, Kilkenny.

The applicant is seeking planning permission 'for the installation of a wastewater treatment plant'.

They are also seeking permission for an associated percolation area and site works.

The application notes that the works are to take place 'within the lands at St Patricks Accommodation Centre'.

Currently, the application is at the pre-validation phase, and further details are not yet available.

Subject to validation, a decision will be expected from the planning authority by August 4, 2025.

This decision timeline could be extended if the local authority requests further information from the applicant.
