Three cars in Kilkenny were seized on Monday by members of the Roads Policing Unit of An Garda Síochana.
All cars were seized by Kilkenny gardaí for having no insurance. The owners of two of them were also prosecuted for giving permission for an uninsured driver to use their vehicle.
