Two people have been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a serious road traffic collision on the R712 Kilkenny to Paulstown Road (Old Road) close to Lyrath Hotel on Thursday evening.
Two women, aged in their 40s and 70s were the drivers of the cars and sustained the injuries.
