Kilkenny gardaí have condemned the actions of local driver who was penalised for a 'full house of offences' on Saturday.
The local Roads Policing Unit are out in force as part of their Bank-Holiday weekend safety campaign.
"No place for this on our roads," a garda spokesperson said.

"The vehicle he was driving caused a No Insurance Ping. Things got worse when learner, no accompanying driver, tax and NCT were also deficient.
"It became a full house of offences when the driver failed an oral fluid test showing positive for Cannabis," a garda social media post read.
