Gardaí find €70,000 of cocaine and Rolex watches in Dublin raid PIC: An Garda Siochana
Gardaí have seized €70,000 of suspected cocaine and a number of Rolex watches following the search at a location in Tallaght, Dublin 24 on Saturday.
The search was conducted by the Dublin Crime Response Team (DCRT).
"During the course of the search, approximately 1 kilogram of suspected cocaine was seized, with an estimated value of €70,000, along with two Rolex watches, and drugs paraphernalia," gardaí confirmed.
The drugs will undergo analysis by Forensic Science Ireland (FSI).
A man in his 20s was arrested and is currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at a Garda station in the Dublin area.
Investigations are ongoing, according to gardaí.
