Tánaiste Micheál Martin dropped in to a Kilkenny school and café, last week, to meet the students and staff.
The Fianna Fáil leader accompanied local councillor Pat Fitzpatrick to Muckalee National School where he chatted with the students and teachers. He also dropped into the Muckalee Community Café, just across the road, where he met the volunteer staff who serve up delicious food and drink.
Cllr Fitzpatrick was delighted to show the Tánaiste around the community, that has a great spirit of pulling together and making their area better for everyone who lives and works there. Click NEXT to see more photographs from the Tánaiste's visit.
