Kilkenny County Council is inviting expressions of interest from individuals or organisations regarding the former Urlingford Fire Station, located on Main Street, Urlingford, County Kilkenny.

The property consists of a single-storey building featuring a garage with a full-height roller door at the front.

The rear section includes an office, kitchenette, locker room, drying room, and shower and toilet facilities.

In addition, there is a detached steel-clad store or outbuilding located at the back of the enclosed yard.

The site offers convenient access to both the M8 and M9 motorways.
