Kilkenny County Council is seeking an Expression of Interest from interested parties regarding the Old Fire Station, on Main Street in Urlingford.
The old Urlingford Fire Station comprises a single storey building, a garage with a full height roller door to the front of the building, and the rear of the building contains an office, kitchenette, locker room, drying room, shower & toilet facilities.
