Kilkenny County Council to consider planning application for new housing development

Breda Beirne Elm Park Construction have applied for planning permission from Kilkenny County Council for a new residential housing development in Freshford.

The application seeks permission for four new two-storey, four-bedroom semi-detached homes, along with a new site entrance and associated landscaping, infrastructure and boundary works.

A decision is expected by the local authority in early October.
