Pictured at the National Apprenticeship Awards 2022 for the south-east region hosted by Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board (KCETB) at Lyrath Estate are the first-ever commis chef apprenticeship graduates, following its introduction by KCETB in 2018.
