Planning permission granted for new Kilkenny residential development

Planning permission has been granted for a new residential development in Stoneyford
Paddy Raggett Homes Limited have been granted planning permission by Kilkenny County Council for a new residential development of eight detached homes.
The proposed development consists of eight new residential homes, including three Type A two-storey five-bedroom detached houses, four two-storey four-bedroom detached houses across Types B, B1 and C, and one Type D single-storey four-bedroom detached dwelling.
Permission is also sought for demolition of existing disused well infrastructure and pump house, the construction of new well infrastructure and pump house, plus a recreation area / public open space and all associated site work in Stoneyford, County Kilkenny.
