One of Ireland's smallest houses has hit the market for €170,000.

Located at Vicar Street in Cork near St Fin Barre's Cathedral, this tiny property boasts a cosy and modern interior.

Built in the early 1900s, the 34 sq. metre house has one bathroom and one bedroom located on the top floor of the house that is accessed by a stair ladder right beside the front door.

According to the Auctioneera website, the property is "nestled on one of Cork's most historic streets, a charming small home with a distinctive character, eagerly awaits your visit."
