Good demand for meadowing at ‘Comer auction
Last Friday afternoon Joe Coogan Auctioneer sold circa 177 acres of meadowing in Laois and Kilkenny.
This is meadowing only one cut of silage/ hay.
Luggacurren
At Luggacurren Stradbally county Laois 29 acres sold for €250 per acre, 42 acres sold for €230, per acre, 10 acres sold for €230, per acre, 8.5 acres sold for €210 per acre.
Tullaroan
Newtown, Bonnettstown, Tullaraon, county Kilkenny 20 acre sold for €185 per acre, 15 acres sold for €185 per acre, 53 acres presently under offer.
