Kilkenny County Council have granted planning permission to Raggett Homes (Glendine) Limited to construct a new residential development of 22 new detached dwellings at a site surrounding Glendine House, Glendine Road, Glendine on the outskirts of the city.
The housing scheme will consist of; three four bedroom dwellings, 19 five bedroom dwellings, and all associated works at the site.

The development will also include approximately 2,763 square metres of public open space.
The proposed scheme includes a new vehicular entrance off Glendine Road, which will provide access to both the development and Glendine House. - FULL PLANNING LIST HERE
