The death has occurred of Michael (Rudy) Fox, 29 Kells Road, Kilkenny. Rudy passed away on June 8, 2025, suddenly, at his residence. Predeceased by his father James, daughter Becka, partner Valerie and nephew Fintan. Rudy will be dearly missed by his beloved mother Teresa, daughter Melissa, sons Shane and Mikey and their partners, their mother Rachel Dwyer, sisters Margaret, Teresa and Ber, brother Martin (Murt) and their partners, his grandchildren, his partner Valerie's sons Stevie, Ian and Aaron and extended Wexford family, his cousin and best friend Nicky Fox, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and his wide circle of friends.
Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Wednesday, June 11, from 5pm to 7pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11am in St. Patrick's Church. Funeral afterwards to Foulkstown Cemetery. The Requiem Mass will be live streamed HERE
The death has occurred of Chris Brennan, Loon, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny, on June 9, 2025. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his infant son Liam, mother Una, father Bill, sister Anne, brothers-in-law Michael Hughes and Dodie O'Neill. Chris will be sadly missed by his loving wife Eileen, daughter Denise, sons Ger, Ian, Keith and Shane, sisters Nora, Tricia, Catherine and Geraldine, granddaughter Kiera, son-in-law Kevin, his son's partners Lisa, Sammy, Kelly and Kate, brothers-in-law Davy, Martin, Tommy, John, and Richie, sister-in-law Anne, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thank you to the Oncology Department at Waterford Regional Hospital & Aut Even Hospital for their care and support to Chris.
Reposing at his Home (R95 XP7E) on Wednesday, June 11, from 2pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 8pm. Removal from his Home on Thursday to St. Patrick's Church, Clogh for Requiem Mass at 12 Noon. Chris will be laid to rest thereafter in the Crosshill Cemetery, Castlecomer. The death has occurred of Sr. Mary Brennan, Hackney, London. Formerly of Kellymount, Paulstown, Co Kilkenny, on June 2, 2025. Sr Mary Sarah, Religious Sister of Charity, peacefully in St Joseph’s Convent. Pre-deceased by her parents Margaret and Martin. Sisters Mary, Margaret, Bridget, Nancy and Catherine. Brothers Martin, Michael, William, John and Richard. Deeply regretted by her Community in St Joseph’s and the Sisters of the Congregation, her sister Bernie, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of James Kealy, Togher Way, Urlingford and formerly Old Road, Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny, June 9, 2025, peacefully at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Crosspatrick. Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and Mai. Deeply regretted by his loving family, Sabrina, Cassandra and Ross, their mam Anne, grandchildren Sophie-Mai, Killian, Dean, Ruby, Zoey, Cleo, Poppy and Rhea, great grandchildren, sisters Phylis, Mary, Angela, Lily and Vera, brother Michael, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Urlingford arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in the Mill Cemetery.
The death has occurred of Beth Savage (née Cronin), Tinnacouse, Skeoughvosteen, Co. Kilkenny. Beth passed away peacefully on Monday, June 9, in the loving care of the staff of Borris Lodge Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Predeceased by her husband Joe and her grandson Joseph. Deeply regretted by her loving family, Denis, Helen, David, Catriona and Barbara, her sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, her sisters Tiny and Eileen, her brother Eamon, neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing at her home in Tinnacouse (Eircode R95 N5C2) on Wednesday. Removal at 10.40am on Thursday to arrive at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Skeoughvosteen for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
