WATCH: Kilkenny's Peter Lydon scores unbelievable drop goal in France

Kilkenny man Peter Lydon scored an unbelievable drop goal to give Rouen victory over Colomiers in the PRO D2 on Friday night.

His last gasp kick helped seal an 18-17 win, the first for his side in the last five outings in the French PRO D2 league.

Rouen currently lie 12th, with 11 wins from 28 games this season.

Lydon was born in Den Hague and spent the first four years of his childhood there before returning to Kilkenny.

The 30-year-old was on the Kilkenny College rugby team (Class of 2011).

He declared for the Netherlands national side last year. He has scored over 1,300 points as a professional in France and England.
