Students from Kilkenny
Students from Kilkenny Youthreach took part in The B!G Idea Student Accelerator Workshop in Autodesk’s Dublin office and EMEA HQ recently.
Approximately 100 guests including mentors and corporate partners from organisations including Autodesk, Mastercard, Zendesk, MSD, Rethink Ireland, Microsoft, Nostra, PA, unum Ireland, epam and ESB attended along with students and their teachers.
The most innovative student teams from the 2024 B!G Idea programme took part in the workshop where they had the opportunity to further develop their unique solutions to challenges facing their communities. The workshop involved Wireframing, Digital Prototyping and a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style live idea pitching session. The B!G Idea is a multi-award winning, free, creative thinking skills programme for TY, TY DEIS schools, LCA, Youthreach and CTC centres.
