CBC Kilkenny (formerly CBS) took time out of their busy school schedule to acknowledge a number of students who scored over 613 points in their Leaving Cert on Tuesday afternoon.
Last week, Principal Tom Clarke praised the success of the entire Leaving Cert Class of 2024/25 as "a true testament to the combined efforts of students, parents, and teachers working together to support excellence."
That 'excellence' was perfectly exemplified by five students.

"A huge 'Congratulations!' to all CBC Kilkenny students on their outstanding results. You have done yourselves and our school proud," the school posted to social media.
"We are especially thrilled to highlight the achievements of five of our top scorers: Alex – 7 x H1s Shuja – a phenomenal 625 points! Declan, Colin & Dylan – all scoring 613 points and above.
"These students are now embarking on exciting journeys in Dentistry, Medicine, Radiation Therapy, Mathematics, Law and French Law," the post added.
"To the entire Class of 2025 – this is only the beginning. We wish you every success as you progress to your next exciting chapter!," the post concluded.
