Former Loreto Kilkenny students receive coveted DCU  Scholars award

Two former Loreto Kilkenny students have been awarded DCU Scholars awards for achieving an exceptional points total in last year's Leaving Certificate.

The two recipients, Eva Lawless who studying a BSc in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics and Ceara Doocey who is studying Global Business (France), were invited to a special awards event last Thursday at the college.

The scholar awards are given to students entering the Dublin college who get 600 points or more in the State exam.
