Fort Rangers will celebrate their 50th birthday this year. Founded in 1974 by Tommy Murphy, Tom Mullins, Tommy Forristal, Tommy Kelly, Tom Maher, Gerry Corcoran, Pat and Liam Kiely, it is planned to have a celebration during the year to mark this occasion.
A celebration booklet is being put together and the club are looking for photos and any other memorabilia that may be out there, to include in this booklet. Copies can be sent to Kevin Gaffney at gaffkev@gmail.com or phone 087-9341003. Any original photos will be returned.
